On this page I plan to share exciting news and updates about Art at Byam Elementary School. I am currently working on creating engaging choice-based art curricula for students in K-4, and am looking forward to teaching Byam students in the upcoming school year! Choice-based art focuses on students learning how to create artwork like real artists. In short, students come up with their own ideas for artwork that they wish to create and the teacher supports the students with instruction and discussion.
